Bloody Monday - Last Season

Well, finally finished Bloody Monday from season 1 - 3 and I have to say I leave it feeling very... apathetic. I liked the basic premise and I enjoyed both the art style and the writing in general, however it had several spectacularly bad moments which soured my experience. The Sister for one was a huge problem, every single mission or terrorist group or whatever that happened used her against Falcon and it worked, EVERY SINGLE TIME. By the end I was hoping she'd get killed off just for being so utterly stupid and worthless, the one thing she did right was helping Otoya aim his damn gun, that's it. Hibiki on the other hand was enjoyable, she was refreshing and slightly crass, a well welcomed change to the typical female love interest and I loved it. Hibiki's clones were overused and ultimately pointless, all they ever did was get slightly in the way before being killed, if I was the guy that funded that project I would feel like I bought a defective product. 

All in all it was enjoyable, but you can really tell where the mangaka tried to get reader votes back up and where the votes started to drop. It's a shame their industry works on such a standard but at the very least most don't make it as obvious as Bloody Monday did.

I would recommend people to read this series from start to finish, you may walk away disappointed or happy but ultimately it'll be worth your time all the same.

Also after getting defeated by Falcon time and again why did Maya not get the hell out of Japan. Would have preferred if she at least turned out to be a double agent deployed by Falcon instead just because I liked her.

 

Finally double wedding with your best friend who's marrying your little sister, no thanks. Oh and was that the Judo girl at the end that was never heard of again.for no reason in 100+ chapters?

sadly I must agree (not with everything but still), 2nd part felt like I was having huge deja vu. Also that judo girl.... was it necessary to bring out that char at the end of manga? honestly I didn't thought mc will end with any girl but if I would make any bets she would be one, so ending really made me puzzled  and was wondering what was her purpose in all of this srsly Honestly I would prefer Maya turn out to be on good side and make out with MC rather than this ending.

Hmm sweet ending. Really missed those.

Just.... would have really wished for another extra chapter, focusing on their every day life afterwards. Maybe even with kids. \o/

She might just be sick of it, lol.

In the end she's just looking for an easy lifestyle with shitloads of money. If that was my aim, I'd take my chances going up against someone who WASN'T the guy who gave me three frustrating defeats in a row. Even if she hates him for foiling her life of luxury so many times, I don't think it's enough that she'd purposefully disadvantage herself to get revenge.

Whatever the case, at least it seems like she's human enough to at least give them a happy wedding day.

This was a great manga.  Glad there was no surprise event at the end.

And man the author really planned the chapters out.

THERES ANOTHER CHAPTER PPL!!!!!!!! Although its more of a prequel thing but any bloody monday is awesome!

Ending was happy but kind of sucked.    Writer completely eliminated the childhood friend in this season until now and she happens to end up with the shortend of the stick.  I hope there will be one more season as this season was kind of boring compared to the other seasons.

such a happy ending for such a manga full of death, but i love happy endings and this one just hits me right in the feels... i'm just going to hide under my sheets and cry to such a beautiful series coming to an end after all these years... i mean when was it first translated, 2008 or 9? oh the feels are strong with this i really need to hide myself and cry now.

but trully thanks to all the groups that picked this up
