his sister assaults him on an everyday basis so the skills he developed are those.
anyway finished the LN last year so I can say I am looking forward to the next chapter hehehe
dislocating joints.. bit through metal...
is that normal nowadays?
Question: Did he at least choose someone? Because this is important. Or did he goes rito mode? You don't have to tell me which girl wins btw
What made it infamous?
That awkward moment when you finally realized the similarity of arts and the artist name finally hits you
Yaya Hinata Ya or Yaya Hinata is the artist that made the infamous tankoubon "Girlfriend" ,
lel,
*facepalm*
The LN of this is complete. Fully translated as well. It felt rushed so it may have been canned. Now, At what part will this Manga end?
Wait, he can bite through handcuffs and is a skilled contortionist? I guess the MC isn't that average.
Damn, those Tamers really want that dragon arse.
Ah shit, that explains that odd sense of familiarity every time I see Iris.
bitches be dumb is all I have to say about what just happened
*leans over to whisper*
You also think about S&M plays. Those are not, strictly speaking, sex.
*leans away*
The problem is, if it's the only thing you make, of course it's going to be the only thing selling :<
If you saw this repeat 20 times you should be well aware that 9/10 times that's what said genre will be. Not saying your wrong, but all genres have there set of cliches, tropes, gimmicks, ect. in them that over time can get old. Harems are a MUCH bigger offender of this then other's, but as long as that's what sells it's not stopping anytime soon.
atleast this light novel is finished so it will not be forever ongoing, but i have to say it was really generic in pretty much every way possible and then some more, i almost suspect the author was looking at the light novel version of "tv-tropes" while writing this trying to fit it all.
You guys talk as if I didn't think about anything other than sex and taking advantage of innocent young girls!
I'll have you know that there are MANY things that I think about other than sex, such as... Umm... Er... Well... There's always... Maybe...
Nevermind.
dammmittt!!! can these authors not repeat the same situations and plots over and over? this one is full of the same old cliches over and over...sigh...it was fun the first 20 harem mangas i read but now its just...dull and boring...
woah an update! thank you Angry Fox Scans.
Lol, basically, the MC is the polar opposite of PervySageChuck.
I do love it very much when I have to reread an entire series to know what's going on.
At least there aren't that many chapters.
You posted exactly what first came to my mind. I read The Canterbury Tales in 9th grade english class. The edition that I read had Modern English on the left page and Chaucer's (the author) English on the right page. Each sentence was translated into Modern English independently. There were times where a 10 word sentence in Modern English was completely incomprehensible in Middle English (ie. not a single one of those 10 words in Middle English looked anything like the Modern version).
That being said, while it is true that people should have looked up how Middle and Old English actually written, don't forget that many people on this site are either non-native English speakers, or at the very least where ever they went to school didn't teach it.
TLDR: Yes, people SHOULD have taken it upon themselves and looked up how Middle and Old English are actually written before being arrogant and demanding it be used in a translation, but let us not forget that many people who post on this site either went to a school that didn't read The Canterbury Tales or are non-native English speakers. That being said although not having learned it in school may be a reason for not knowing about Middle English it most certainly is not an excuse for not looking it up.
TLDRTLDR: Some people don't know about The Canterbury Tales because they are either non-native english speakers or went to a school that didn't teach it. However said people should have Googled "Middle English" (it isn't that hard) before bitching at the scanlators!
Sorry about the double post, I should have stuck them together.
Go read the Light Novels on Baka-tsuki before assuming which girl wins. The entire series is over with a total of five volumes and they are all completely translated. I guarantee that the end
mightwill suprise you. I will at least say that the author did a pretty good job breaking out of the generic archetypes and tropes. As my 8th grade science teacher always told us (almost 10 years ago):
"ASSUMING MAKES AN ASS OUT OF YOU AND ME!"
except most will say best girl = Iris/Manami here I think?
hah... another 'first girl' manga... where the childhood friend gets screwed. kinda tired of the trop already
