That's not what it actually translates to.
The original title translates (roughly) to "Is it wrong to seek a [romantic] encounter in the dungeon?" It's not exactly about picking up girls; rather, it's a little more ambiguous about how passive it is. But like someone else pointed out, the title is still horribly misleading.
