Don't worry, those extras are just a grab bag of stuff the artist posted on Twitter. A lot of them pre-date the series proper, so I wouldn't regard them as canon if I were you.

This actually is colorized from one of the earlier chapters. He flat out thinks to himself that he will put a ring on her finger one day and this image is there.
