My guess is that it actually is organized alphabetically. At least in the original Japanese alphabet. And it probably only appears to be disorganized once it has been translated into English.
But I WOULD like to see this re-organized into an alphabetical order according to the ENGLISH alphabet, but that may not happen unless the author gets with a licensed English publishing company and agrees to have that done for an English edition.

Cool idea of monster girls; however, why do they all need Sex... I mean yea its all good that they need to reproduce but why are almost all of them are rapists (and everyday of the year as well not just mating season) lol. I like the idea of the creating a monster encyclopedia and all but the information written there feels like I'm reading words of someone desperate to be raped and have sex everyday. I would've liked it even more if it had a touch of realism in there.

That said, there ARE official artbooks/world books, but those are harder to find due to the creators contacting said forum asking them to take them down.
