Just wanted to drop by real quick and say thanks for your recent work! I'd give you a pat on the back if I could.

It's not that easy.
For something light and detached like Shinryaku! Ika Musume that is possible; but for plot-driven manga consistency is hard to maintain between translators.
Take a peek @ Bullet Armors: people argue about baker vs. breaker translation.

Maybe if someone creates a forum thread on (chapter by chapter) translations more "no group"s can participate in cleaning/type setting/uploading with consistent (if not precise) story telling.

I can see your point and you are right for the most part. Consistency is always a major matter but this is a special case as the translation is coming from an already translated text  in spanish . Imo there is usually little deviation in these cases.

Also, I had some experience as a typesetter a few years back and I know firsthand how time-consuming is a scanlation project . That's yet another reason why I am  very very grateful for these scans , here.Still , I feel that there is too many people out there working on the same project , at the same time .

One more thing. If I were working like 4+ hours for one chapter and just before I uploaded it , I realized that someone else had already done so , I couldn't help but think that everything I did was in vain . In that respect , sending a friendly e-mail to another fellow scanlator/group  seems to be worth it.

Nice work man ! I have been following this awesome manga since day one , so you can imagine how lucky I feel last couple of days . Still , if I were in your position I would try to communicate with some of the other people that are currently scanlating the raws( either japanese or spanish transl ) and split the work (like one does the chap 70 while the other does chap 71) so we have more chapters in less time and you don't overwork yourself ! I hope you will actually see this.
