Before someone rages over something, hear me out. We all know that Bato.to is the place to go to for the top quality manga and that's great and we all love that everything is way higher quality than anything the other scum manga sites can pump out. However, that also means a larger bandwidth consumption. Obviously, high quality pages has to have some kind of shortcoming and that's load speeds and bandwidth consumption. In the modern world we live in, it's a fairly minor issue but I (and probably several others) can get fairly impatient.
Additionally, I am a student and as a result, I'm using school networks and library networks fairly often. However, many have bandwidth limits and/or throttled connections and all will have high network loads. It would be nice if there was the option to have the quality dropped down a notch so that they can better suit the situation.
Also, reading manga on 3/4G kills data plans.
Now how this will be done, I have no idea. But hey, a suggestion is a suggestion. I don't have the technological know-how to suggest anything more than an idea.
For those who read this far, thanks for hearing me out.
(To those who suggest to not read at school: No. Sorry, but I need to fuel my manga addiction.)
