Batoto Backup

I've heard of some people posting about there being a 7TB backup of the entire site that was open to the admins for downloading in the event of a "Neo Batoto" popping up and wanted to confirm if this was the case since  the existence of a full backup would ease the fears and worries from people that certain manga that were only found here would vanish entirely.
