Vol. 4 Ch. 17 is incorrectly listed as Vol. 14 Ch.17 so doesn't sort right.

Not necessarily that the chapter list on the actual manga page is out of order, but when you press the right arrow key or "next page" soft-key (in the reader) from the last page of chapter 0 (http://vatoto.com/reader#5c91dc9c8713ab0a_8), it goes to page 1 of chapter 1.2 (http://vatoto.com/reader#bf45245d1f01ff4a) instead of chapter 1 (http://vatoto.com/reader#79d9eb5c29cbb9d3).

If you press back from page 1 of chapter 1.2, though, it correctly goes to the last page of chapter 1.

Vol 14 ch 85 - Vol 15 ch 94 are between

Vol 63 ch 399 and 400 (Imperfect Scans)
