Looking for the title of a gender bender, dating sim manga

I read the manga a few year ago, I can't remember the title now and I can't seem to find it.

The story: A guy offered a dating sim/galgame at a Shinto shrine and wished to become the main character of the said game. The god/goddess mistook the heroine art on the game's cover for the main character and turned him into the main heroine instead. Now he has to figure out how to survive as the main heroine.

Length: Short, incomplete at the time.

Genre: Gender Bender, Ecchi, Comedy(?), probably Shounen as well.

Additional details: In chapter 1 or 2, he (now the main heroine) got the first flag, the "accidentally walk in while the girl is changing into school uniform" flag. The setting (of the game) is modern Japan, school life, slice of life.
