Uploading 'v2's of chapters

If I want to upload a corrected/re-translated V2, of a chapter, how would I go about doing so?

 

Do I just reupload it as (v2) and hope that the mods approve and erase old chapter for me? Or should I erase the old chapter and then reupload the new chapter.
