Personality: Distant, but kind and loyal. She would protect any innocent life if she could.
Backstory:
After she was sent from heaven she was found by an Italian named Luciano who brought her up as his own. Looking to be about six years old and having no memory of who she was, he gave her a name. Luc was a retired spy who was working as a Theology professor at a college somewhere in Southern Italy. He knew many languages and fighting styles as well as the history of things a human shouldn't know (we'll get into that later). Luciano saw Crisonia as a perfect blank slate and decided to teach her everything he knew. He showed her how to read, write as well as how to wield a sword, and shoot an arrow. He tried to show her how to use a dagger and a gun but she would run away every time he even showed one of the two to her so he gave up. He put her through endless training and when he was satisfied he'd teach her about the history of the world. Now this history is different than what you'd imagine. It's about chaos and turmoil that was covered up by the victors. The truths about the greatest mysteries the world has ever known. The Stonehenge, The Great Pyramids of Giza, Easter Island, The Roanoke Colony, and her favorite...the Voynich Manuscript. Now he only knew such things because he learned about them from his father, but his father died before telling him how he came to know so much, and so he decided to pass on the knowledge of "The Hidden History" down to Crisonia for future generations.
By her 12th year she could speak 30 different languages and half of them she learned on her own. She stood on equal grounds, in terms of strength, with Luc in sword fighting. Although her power rivals that of a grown man, she still didn't quite have her own technique yet and that was the only reason she couldn't win against Luc. He decided to change her settings and moved to the middle of no where in the Middle East. He made her train harder than ever before and when she couldn't keep going he'd make her fire off arrows until she hit a bullseye. But at the end of the day he'd make a nice meal and they'd talk about what part their at in a book or random things.
Around the middle of Crisonia's 13th year something went wrong...They had been training and in the middle of a sparring match she crashed to the floor. At first Luciano thought it was just fatigue, but then a white light exploded from her body and when she didn't stir he panicked. He took her to the larger of their aid rooms and set her on the table to look her over, but she didn't lay quite right on the table. Turning her around on her stomach he cut open her training suit and was shocked by what he saw...Protruding from her back were two white wings....They were glowing with energy. He reached out to touch them but was pushed back by an unknown force before he could. Luciano decided to wait and see if she would wake up on her own before he tried anything else. When she did he told her that she collapsed and that an unexpected gift came to her afterwards. When she got up she didn't feel any different except for it feeling like she is being held up by her shoulders. She stretched her arms and at the same time she heard a whoosh of air and saw Luc jump back. Turning around she saw enormous wings spreading out behind her.
After that they learned that the wings weren't the only thing she got that day. She had become quicker on her feet and found her own sword style (TBAL). As well as light abilities (TBAL).
But their life together only lasted a few more years, because when Luciano went out for an errand..he was shot and killed during a raid in town. Crisonia was about 16 at the time and when he didn't come back for a long time she went looking for him and found his body in the middle of the street.
Ever since that day she has been going around the world as a world wide vigilante but she makes a living that way so you could consider her more of a mercenary. Some see her as a demon, others a holy saint, but to her it doesn't matter. What matters is that there are always going to be scumbags in the world and she's got to make them burn.
Abilities:
Physical: Knows simple hand to hand combat, but because of her immense strength and good sense she can see what her targets next move is before they do and takes them out with a single blow; Also is an extremely skilled swordsman. Her control and speed make her very hard to kill; And lastly she's an archer who was trained for perfection so.. I don't think she'll miss.
Light Manipulation: She can change energy into light at any given moment in time. There are different ways she can manipulate light as well. One way is to make it so intense that it'll burn flesh, another way is for practical use like lighting a passageway and the hardest thing that she can do is flow light through her body with her wings and in doing so she can heal anyone she touches.
Weaknesses: Even if she is an angel child, her body is mortal. And with her compassionate nature, if she uses light to heal for too long and too much in one go, her heart could give out.
Attire: She always wears Luciano's old leather jacket and crucifix over whatever she's wearing no matter what and never wears skirts or shorts as casual. She wears shorts when training. And a headband to cover up a scar Luc gave her when she fought with him using a real sword for the first time. Also since his jacket is so big on her it's easier to conceal the shape of her wings.
"Working" Gear: Crisonia is always equipped with her sword "Salvezza" which was Luciano's father's long sword, and depending on the target she usually has her bow and 6 arrows. She only ever uses 6 because God made the world in that many days. She wears brown, black boots, and has a red sheath for her sword when its time to "hunt". All of her fight gear has big gashes on her back for her wings.
