Basically, the translator(sensualaoi) is releasing half-hearted or absurd content.
The manga in question is Nanka Kanojo ni Inumimi to Shippo Ga Haetan Daga Ore wa Dousurebaii?
He releases content half-heartedly. Ch.4, for example, has some parts in another language, Ch. 1 is done in Paint, and Ch.2 uses an outdated English.
The last two chapters are a joke. Ch.100000: part ♆ (Y) is just advertisement and Ch.9000 Read Online has the dialogues upside down and absurdities like this and this.
Another manga that I assume he posted, the tags are wrong.
I know for a fact that I won't be reading his content anymore. For the released manga that look fine at a glance, I don't even know if the translations are correct or if he just created his own dialogues.
