you know you can also put up a request for someone else to do it as i have them all on my computer i can do it and there are other ppl that can do the same if you dont want to upload them :) but if you want to no one is stopping you

There doesn't seem to be a list of followed groups; what following a group does is it follows the manga that they update.
If you go click your name on the bar on the top of the page to access the pulldown menu and click "Content | Follow," then click "Home" then "Groups," what should show is a list of manga that the group(s) you're following scanlates.

Oh okay. I didn't realize the Follow feature kept track if what I already read. This is actually a lot more convenient than what I has in mind - I thought it only kept track of latest updates.
