To be honest I use My Follows not only to keep track of ongoing manga but of any Manga I have read and liked on Batoto. Sometime when nostalgia hits me I want to reread specific mangas but it happens ever so often I can't remember its name but have some basic ideas like that it was shoujo, fantasy and so on.

 

Therefore I would suggest the possibilty to either have a separate search for My Follows or to limit quantity in the general search to works from the My Follows list. Whichever is easier to implement.
