Allowing comments for chapters?

I don't like how it currently is because I have found a new series and then been spoiled by the comments on the main manga page of it. I don't want to see that and it should be on the chapters themselves. How else am I going to know of the series is good if comments recommending the series is mixed in with spoilers. I'm not saying to get rid of main comments page btw.

They used to not allow rehosting, but have changed their mind. I would do it myself but I don't know how and don't want to mess it up.

They've done Ginga Nageraboshi Gin and a lot of that mangaka's other work
