Don't worry about the "usually" part :D I only said that because sometimes there are potatos that are not so friendly^^(I won't mention any names :P).
but I am one of the friendly ones~

matta ne means "see ya later" or "see ya soon" in english. it is most commonly used when talking with your friends or people who are close to you.(not to strangers or elders though)


"So be it" (not sure of the meaning, is that like "okay" ?), matta ne on the forum so !
