I'm not sure on the scale of hardcore mystery to not this is, Bungaku Shoujo aka Book Girl. There have been manga adaptions, Yen Press completed the light novels.
Tasogare Otome x Amnesia, completed. This is a beauty that frustratingly hasn't been licenced.
