So i remember 2 mangas that i've been wanting to read again, but cant remember their names.

One has a dude that fights his high school peers with a protractor. <<Main character

The other has a world where the top high school secret council of some sort has super powers that the main group fights against. Powers include : shooting supercharged marbles, going into "Pandora mode" then into "Raging god mode", having absolute power over the will of others (having others submit to your will" <<specifically there was a part where this guy was standing perpendicular to the side of a building not with super powers, but with god-tier abs and superior toe grip
