I generally don't spend too much time playing video games but whoa, I cannot seem to put down Dragon's Dogma.  I played it for a while when it came out on the PS3 but got frustrated at early difficulties.  Decided to give it another try when it was released on the PC and THIS time I spent a lot of time levelling up.  Got past the annoying bandit groups that killed me multiple times previously and have now explored the world.  I love how you can switch classes when you get tired of one - I generally play as a mage / sorcerer but it's fun to switch to a dagger-wielding class at times.  Combat has a good feel to it and there is a significant difference between playing a dagger-wielding strider compared to a great sword-wielding warrior, for example.  I find the combat fun, the pawn system useful and there is enough of a story to keep me interested.  Last but not least, the character creation is very flexible so your character can range in size from a 12-year old kid to a huge 7ft tall man.  Great game and I'm finding it quite addicting.   :)
