I am willing to learn all of these though @quiet_kid will I not need photoshop for typesetting /cleaning? Who do I contact to be a proofreader?

No clue, I don't dabble in that part of scanlation. Join a group that you like and most likely someone will teach you what they know about typesetting/cleaning. As for proofreading, it's not a position groups actively look for but you can ask around.
