Meh, Nyarko-san IS a parody anime, something everyone seems to have neglected to mention. Sure, that certainly doesn't mean it has to be bad, just that you can kind of tell it wasn't aiming too high, as a whole. I happen to be enjoy anime easily enough, & if I like the plot, art, & overall feel, I'll have a good time watching it.
Personally, I adored Acchi Kocchi (soo cute!!!!) and Hyouka (I've always been really weak against great art & mysteries); other than the three aforementioned animes, I haven't been able to sit through any other entire shows.
I watched the first episode of Tsuritama, & I know I should watch the rest, but I haven't gotten the time yet; I liked the Kimi to Boku manga, but haven't touched the anime, & never finished Tasogare OtomexAmnesia, though part of the reason for that may be because of how awesome the manga was. Besides that, nothing else seems too interesting.
Oh, & I need to find the Nekogami, C3, UN-GO, Azazel-san, Seitokai, and Kobato specials/OVA/whatever else. So yeah.

OH!!! Wait-how did I forget Medaka Box? I enjoyed the manga, but after 130+ chapters, it seemed to have lost direction & I couldn't get myself to read the rest...after how, well, awesome most of the series was, I'm kinda of scared to see if the anime can match up to that expectation...

Anyway, based on that wall of text, I would love if someone could recommend some good anime...
