Wrong volume number + misnamed chapter

Hello! Just wondering if two minor fixes for two different series can be done.

 

1. Shoukouku no Altair

Chapter 11 is listed as the start of Volume 3, but it's actually the last chapter in Volume 2 as seen here. Volume 3 actually starts with chapter 12.

 

2. Yugami-kun ni wa Tomodachi ga Inai

There are two chapters titled "Yugami-kun Doesn't Remember" but that should only be the title of chapter 2. Chapter 1 should be titled "Yugami-kun Doesn't Apologize."
