Chicken and Egg background

Heyo,

I recall some panel in Hunter X Hunter where, I think, Gon is shown confused and in the background we see a repeating pattern of a chicken emerging from an egg and rolling forward. The panel in question was supposed to illustrate sexual innocence or something (kinda like “the birds and the bees”).

Does anyone know which chapter this was from? Also, I believe I have encountered similar imagery in other manga, too, so if you know any of those that would be appreciated as well.
