Getting redirected from the front page on a couple of occasions to

hxxp://www.updateplayer.us/download/Player/F/UK/auload.html?installer=Video_Player_for_Other_Browsers&browser_type=KHTML&dualoffer=false

which immediately attempts to download an executable. This on up-to-date Chrome (Version 34.0.1847.137 m) on Windows 7

 

Similar to this, I have been encountering jpgdisplayde dot com which pops up a small white box claiming that the flash player is out of date, and only using task manager to kill the browser stops it from trying to download an executable. It locks down the window so even keyboard shortcuts and the 'x' close button do not work. Chrome/Win 7.
