The guideline thread get's updated (edited) when a change is necessary, so yeah, it should be up to date.
If you take a look at when the new cleaning test has been uploaded to MF, you'll see that it's only four months old.

~6hrs a night. Waking up before the alarm rings.
Though, I was up from 6am on Dec, 31st till 6am on Jan, 1st, and I got woken up four hours later, but I thought that a ~3hr nap would do the trick. I guess I was off by 6 hours xD

I just finished watching One Piece Z - it was pretty cool ^^ I'm also loving Avril Lavine's cover of "How You Remind Me" that played during the credits... It was very refreshing. Better than the original, I dare say ^^

@Khrazy_one: I'm not sure what you're asking. If it's whether I'm in Japan, then no, I'm not. The fansubs for the new movie came out a couple of weeks back.
@Horn: Yeah, neither was I - I'm not really a fan of hers. But this cover is quite good.
