I was so shocked, I couldn't write here for several days. (Isn't denial the first stage of grief?)

I'd constantly postpone it – the last goodbye.

But the day has come, and for most there's no contingency plan. I understand Grumpy's decision and I thank him from the bottom of my heart for his immense contribution. Same for the rest of the Batoto team. But it shouldn't be like this. Not so sudden, not so violent. I'm bitter. Hundreds of small scanlation groups will die out. Some are already dead, but their efforts and their memories were being preserved in this site; this site alone. It was the place to discover small, unknown gems. Until now.
