Looking for the name of a manga

Please help me remember the name of a manga.

 

There were 3 childhood friends 2 boys 1 girl. The MC has feelings for the girl but she is dating the other boy. Later, when they are teens the MC meets an alien and it starts living with him.

 

Then, because of the alien, the MC watchs? hears? his two friends having sex and badmouthing him. When the friends go to visit him he confronts them.
