curious question, why is "develop the new world" still on the list when the author haven't updated for over a year?

I'm surprised no one recommended "Jin" yet but heres the synopsis.

a doctor from the future gets transported back in time and he and he starts inventing many different medicines and saving people in the process.

This novel was made into a manga and a TV series in Japanese and Korean.

Note: highly recommended for people to watch the Japanese tv series for this, its one of the best shows i seen from japan by far,
