That awkward feeling after lifting weights where the muscles don't want to work, specifically my deltoids in my shoulders....... I am unable to lift my arms right now. T_T

    Know how dat feels. .. gotta give ur body the proper nutrition so it can recover faster. Are you consuming enough protein after tour workouts? Thats probably one of the reasons ur muscles are too soar.

    Yes. I am easily consuming 30g of protein per meal (meals are 4 times each day about 4 1/2 hours apart. It's better today which means that I probably stressed a region of the muscle I normally do not. My lift regime yesterday involved slow motion & heavy weights.

I despise this dumb girl next to me who has been sitting on the computer attached to the scanner for the past hour. It's the scanner computer; thus not meant for marathon usage when you don't even scan something to begin with.
