Thank you, was about to contact someone else for it. This is more a high up for gamers. Really works just got one.

I got that as well a first few times, but then I just lowered the amount I was going to pay, and it worked.
PayPal has an exchange rate in case you're paying with a different currency, meaning you might not have the amount you've placed. I just dropped my bid for 65 cents, and it approved
