Any idea how many episodes there will be for the new series?

According to wikia this series will be taking place between the 2 original code geass series. So will we see any old character appears? Also, does the main character have the power of geass? C.C. and V.V. are the only ones capable of granting power.

Most importantly, how many episodes are there?

I just saw the first episode come out today, Looks like it has 4 parts. I don't want to wait that long!

And that geass is to kill anyone who get in his way!
That is my guess!

I had very little hope for Akito the Exiled. And then I watched it. It really fits very well with the mood and the atmosphere.
I am definetly looking forward to the other 3 episodes.

I just spent the last 2 days rewatching r1 & r2, and what im wondering and kinda pissed off at is why did Shirley and euphemia die from one shot when that dam Mao guy gets shot hella times and lives! They all had Britannian doctors right. Why did Shirley have to die!( ╯‵口′)╯▁▂▃▅▆▇███▇▆▅▃▂▁┻━┻

I believe its because Mao had the Geass which is indirectly connected to the immortal witch C.C.'s healing ability
