Well, guess the only one i have left is Tsuki Tsuki! , the girl is a demon and
she falls in love with the protagonist, a human boy.
The only other one that has a demon x human love is the one in my avi pic, Himitsu no Akuma-chan...
But the demon's gender is kinda messed up, but the manga IS cute.

I am a deconstruction of the moe genre.

Not exactly a demon, but as for a supernatural being, Sankarea, and Tasogare Otome x Amnesia are two of the best i've ever read. I highly reccomend them.
