[The Bubble Chaser]

I can't remember the name of this series.

It's basically what the title says and then those pets all reincarnate as guardian angels and live with him and he ends up being this animal whisperer-type dude who's like the most powerful animal controller of all time. It's a harem-type comedy, I believe.

I saw the anime and was hoping there might be a manga so I could locate and read it.

If you mean http://myanimelist.net/anime/682/Tenshi_no_Shippo then no there is no manga, at least not that i have found.
