Is it necessary to do anything special for the titles of doujinshi?

For example:

Touhou - *title* (Doujinshi)

Instead of just the title?
If there are no regulations, what is the preference?

There isn't really an exact rule yet but the current standard/preference (and how I believe all the current ones are titled) is just like your example:

*Series Name* - *Title* (Doujinshi)

Other then what was already said you always have the option of adding additional information in the description field, if you think something should be mentioned.
