Does the title Namiiro suggest a first-girl-wins situation with Namihei or does it mean something else?

Namiiro literal means "Wave color". Like many other dating sims (Mashiro Symphony) they like to play with the "iro/colours".
The girls are just named after the title, by having a "Nami" part in her name.

The origins of Natsuki's nickname are different. Basically it's like this, the name consists of 2 kanji 波平. In this special case it's being read as "Namihira" for her last name, but like with so many other names, there are more readings to it. NamiHEI is one of them.

Yknow after reading so much harem manga I've noticed that the childhood friend usually doesn't win. I would really like it if Namihei won this one at least. On a side note: did Inani kiss him on the nose of something or was it a whisper? Cuz that looks like an awkward kissing pose.
