I'm really excited about this. :3

However it looks like it's going to be competing with Sankarea; which is another horror story with cute girls, but the main character is a zombie rather than a ghost.

The director of Sankarea put a new twist to the series. Usually editing dialogue and scenes in the anime from the original work gets on the nerves but this guy does it quite well. The beginning of Dusk Maiden of Amnesia changed and it's so far uncertain if it'll follow the manga. The first episode could be an introduction to the setting with episode 2 being the first chapter of the manga.
