a staff forum that has the following
-staff report
-work (post your work here than whoever needs it can come get it)
-assignment
-staff help section (maybe)
well.. i think it's helpful.. of course, grumpy could make it visible to staffs only

>Shout box
And where the hell is the shoutbox supposed to go?
> Staff report
I'm not sure what you mean by this.
> Work
We post in the respective forum under Projects in staff only section. Except Assembla stuff...
> Assignment
I guess we could use stickies in each project to show who's doing what. But members switch around rather frequently on each project and we kinda just know... I suppose it's confusing for new members though.

Just stuff everything in the secret forum. My philosophy is, stuff everything into one place and if one topic becomes frequent or needs organization (beyond a sticky), make a new forum. Not make first and hope people post there.
