Ever tried apple cider vinegar for acid reflex problems

Anime has taught me that what you need in such a situation is a popsicle, an electric fan, and a wind chime. uwu
Don't melt too much though, kay? :'3

But although there’s a lot of anecdotal evidence, there’s very limited research.
In fact, no research supporting this claim has been published in a medical journal.
...means, "this is a folk remedy that's sufficiently unlikely that nobody has even bothered to test it properly yet".
Now, it does say someone's graduate thesis said something about it, for what that's worth, but for my purposes it's moot as it also says up-front that "Apple cider vinegar might improve acid reflux in people not taking medications and with minimal risk," which does not describe me. I don't have minimal risk, I have chronic acid reflux XD

...You know, I don't think I've ever tried those. Though when I was a kid and my fever went super high (over 103°F yes we're heathens here and don't use Centigrade like civilized people do) my mother would stick me in a cold (lukewarm) bath to cool down—which is sort of like the extreme version of the same thing.
But never the forehead-towel thing. I wonder how well it works?
Any way, much hugs and hope you feel better soon :/

Honestly I'm quite happy there are never all too many mosquitoes where I live (though they are still here, of course. The eggs of the desert ones around here can wait seven years for there to be water before hatching, and require very little water—we once had them hatching out of a moist crack at the bottom of the window in the shower, for instance.)

I like the emasculation of men. They're cuter that way. (?)
On a more real and pragmatic note, it really is possibly better if urban society has toned down masculinity a bit—that is to say, it's probably better if human males are a bit less rowdy and territorial when living in close quarters.
