I'm pretty sure those weren't monsters.

 

Shumil was hunted for their trash magic stone actually, it's sold to a shop in the slum and that shop then sell it to nobles to power magic tools that doesn't require much power.

I remember this bit pretty well because it's one of the proposed idea to get Maine's book delivery system (make a small transport magic circle that can be powered with trash magic stones)

 

 

They are. The fish was used by angry fisherman during battle of Ahrensbatch by feeding them with trash magic stone and explode. The trash magic stone of Schumil are just bonus since they only fetch for single bronze coin, the meat is real prize because its sweet. And like Jilvester said anything sweet is luxurius.

 

 

Also, human are already dyed with magic, that's their own magic color (or in Maine's case, Ferdinand's)

 

They dont, because they still need to wear armor. Those high level magic creature can dyed its own hide/scales/carapace with ist own magic to prevent weaker magic to penetrate its defense, to the point that a high ranking noble need to be present during its subjugation.

This guy survive in absentia execution. Probbaly because Reznarev tech. 

 

 

I think the main change is probably that Hanne will try to get Wil to give her the conditions for marriage, since at this point he's still a lord candidate, instead of 'someone who will become Giebe after graduation' one year later thus losing the qualification to marry her who's now got even higher status than before (Dunkel became 1st rank domain, Hanne is recognized as the best friend of Maine, and assuming history re-convene the events later, is now a fellow 'avatar of a Goddess' with Maine)

 

Will problem is that he afraid of risk. He always doing savest thing because of his upbringing, just like Star Trek TNG episode "Tapestry". Hannerolle probably will be transported 1 year before around Maine entering the garden of begining and undo what she regret not doing.

 

 

I think assigning Aurelia (the bride from Alensbach that was friendly to Maine) to be the Giebe would work.

She was the niece of the lord, so she's got the magic power of a high rank noble.

By assigning her, instead of her husband, technically the Giebe will be someone NOT of Raissegang (since her family was part of Veronica faction)

 

Matthias's younger brother is still alive. That area was never Ahrensbatch to begin with. The farmer hate Reissegang probably rooted way back to civil war 200 years ago because it involve commoner as well and leave the whole area depopullated. Placing anything Ahrensbatch wont solve the issue. And there are other faction than Veronica and Reissegang, like the "neutral" faction. Out of 29 Giebe only 5 of them are Reissegang but they control 55% of the land, 15 are Veronica and 9 are "neutral" control the 45% (which include Rosmarry's family).

 

Also Aurelia is not part of the Veronica faction, her handmaiden Bettina is but she was imprisoned for treason. And if Willfried kicked out from candidacy, Lamprech will be a giebe somehwere, only 5 of the 15 Veronica's Giebe was executed for treason. Heck the Veronica faction already destroyed, they no longer have any Giebe in Alexandria since majority of Ahrensbatch nobles are dead during the Reznareveian raid, During Battle of Ehrenfest or Battle of Royal Pallace.

 

And the nation it self is Feudal, not Democratic Republic. The land north of Halldenzel which used to be Eisenreich still have feud with its new master for 200 years. The new Blumenfeld and Collinzdraum are in worse situation than Wilfried and Garlach. And since the begining, this is a test from his father (Jilvester monolougue) if he cappable to take risk or not. My prediction is that if Wilfried pass his father test, he will be relisted as lord candidate and Garlach will be given to Matthias younger brother. If he fail he will stay as Giebe of Garlach and Matthias younger brother will be his underling. This huge problem of Wilfried is just snack for Toravokar and Sigiswald.

 

Ofc Hannerolle can help Wilfried to pass his tes. But for the sake of good writing Wilfried still need to undergo this test. And please no fucking time reset.
