This is a thread to discuss about the LATEST SPOILERS of DNA. If you do not want or do not like to see the spoiler, then do not read any further, there will be spoilers everywhere.
 
Greetings, I'm GodamfireV. I'm creating a discussion thread here for anyone interested in to come and discuss about the RAW spoilers of DNA.
 
I will posts text spoilers and spoiler translation here for people to read and discuss on the latest chapter of DNA; however, I am not part of a RAW or Scanlation provider or am I trying to compete with them so be aware that the translation of the chapters will be rough and sloppy (cos sometimes I do it after work, drinking and stuffs), so I won't be posting links to the chapters. Please refer to the direct page of the translation groups for your scans and better translation and support them for their wonderful contribution to the community. 
 
If you don't mind sloppy translation (please go ahead to correct me and point out sloppy translations if you see them) and want to discuss anything related to DNA's spoiler and occasionally side track RL baseball (please place in Spoilers tag like below tags to make it clean for everyone).

General information related to the story:

On the left is a summary of event separated in months. On the right is the summary of the plot points separated into events
 
Left part: [*Note: In Japan, a month is divided into 3 parts, the 1st 1/3 is the first 10 days of the month, the 2nd 1/3 is the mid 10 days of the month and the 3rd 1/3 is the final 10-11 days of the month. This is the term they're referring to here below]
Top: The route Seidou has taken towards their goal of wining the Nationals summarized into a special layout. If you read this, you will understand Seidou's journey since Spring.
April:
1st 1/3: Got into top 8 of Senbatsu (1) - represented by pic on the right
2nd 1/3: Additional 35 new members were added to the team, a new team is formed. The Spring Tournament of Tokyo Prefecture starts. Seidou moves on to the SF of the Tournament after winning 3 straight called-games (2)
3rd 1/3: Seidou was eliminated from the Spring Tourney after losing to Ichidaisan (3). After that, the Final were played between Sankou and Inajitsu. After a heated battle, Inajitsu won the match.
May:
1st 1/3: Commence the Golden Week Expedition (4). Won against Senbatsu's top 4, Hakuryu High. Won all of the practice match they played in the Golden Week Expedition and piled up 6 consecutive wins.
2nd 1/3: Ace-Furuya withdrawn from his back injury (5). However, Seidou was fired up by Sawamura and they won all the practice matches they play! The Kantou Tournaments begins. Beating strong schools from different places, Inajitsu emerged as the Champion.
3rd 1/3: Furuya completes his pitcher comeback in the 2nd string while the first string maintain their win streak with good pitching and batting, they arrived at 17 consecutive practice match wins (6)

2nd 1/3: Summer National High School Baseball Championship of West Tokyo Prefecture - Lottery draw
July:
1st 1/3: Summer National High School Baseball Championship of  West Tokyo Prefecture - Starts
3rd 1/3: Summer National High School Baseball Championship of West Tokyo Prefecture - Finals
 
Right part:
(1) Furuya had a pitcher duel against the one called the best of the generation, Masamune Hongou of Komadai. Despite recording a 154 kph pitch and good pitching, Seidou's lineup were silenced before Hongou and they were handed a comprehensive lost.
(2) Against a strong team from the same West Tokyo block, Kasugaichi, Starting pitcher Sawamura utilizes his Numbers and got 5 shutout innings while Yuuki Masashi delivered a walk-off HR to get Seidou their 3rd consecutive called-game victory.
(3) Against Ichidaisan in the SF match, Seidou opened up with 2 points lead. Furuya was in disarrayed and he left the mound after losing 5 runs in 5 innings. Taking over, Sawamura displayed superb pitching and shutout Ichidaisan lineup; however, on the other hand, Seidou's own lineup could not throw off Ichidaisan's Ace Amahisa and they ended up losing 3 - 5.
(4) In the Golden Week expedition, Sawamura was chosen to handle the mound against a powerhouse that was Hakuryu High. Pitching with his numbers, he sealed away Hakuryu's fame mobility and kept them down to only 1 earned run over 9 innings. Carrying Seidou to Victory, this match became a trigger for Sawamura to be referred along with Furuya as the "Advent of Seidou's golden age".
(5) Since Senbatsu, due to overworking himself, Furuya injured his back and was ordered to stay away from pitching for 2 weeks. At that same time, playing practice matches against powerhouse, Sawamura left good results and continued raising his effectiveness. 
(6) Furuya formed a battery with Okumura and complete his return as a pitcher in the 2nd string. In the 1st string, thanks to Kominato's set up, the new line up functions well, the pitchers also perform well ​with Sawamura as their core, Seidou wins all the matches they plays.​ Before captain Miyuki leave the team for the Tokyo Representative team, Seidou reached 17 straight match wins.
 
Bottom note: From here on out, June will feature the ​"Fateful jersey number distribution" ​and the "lottery for Summer Tournament". Once July comes, the Summer Qualifier where a lost means everything is over will begin. Don't take your eyes away from Daiya no A Act 2 from now on!

+ High school baseball Tournament calendar year in Japan:

- Spring Senbatsu. The Major Tournament of Spring where winners of the Fall Tournament is "invited" plus a couple of lucky losers, Yakushi was one example. Held on the same location as Summer Koshien - Hanshin Koshien Stadium, the Tournament is also called Spring "Koshien": Date: Mid March - for 1.5 week
- Spring Prefectural Tournament where each prefecture across Japan will hold 1 Tournament. For Tokyo, the West and East block will compete altogether, Date: Mid March - April, almost 2 months due to the Tournament being played only in weekends
- Kantou Tournament where winners and runnerups of the Spring Prefectural Tournament will participate, host Prefecture gains an extra bid. Since it is "Kantou", prefecture outside the mainland of Japan like Hokkaido won't be playing: Date: Mid May for 5 days.
- Summer Koshien Qualifying Tournament. Each Prefecture will hold a Qualifying Tournament in which only the winner will be able to participate in Summer Koshien so there won't be a lucky loser case like Yakushi back in Senbatsu. Date: Each Prefecture has a different starting date than others but the earliest is Mid-June but they all have to finish before 31st of July. For Tokyo's case, they'll start playing in early July. 
- Summer Koshien: The Major Tournament of Summer, so called due to the location the Tournament is held, Koshien Hanshin Stadium in Osaka own by the Hanshin Tigers pro-club. 49 winners across Japan will participate (2 for Tokyo and 2 for Hokkaido since these are big Prefectures and are broken down into 2 blocks which grants them a corresponding 2 participants each). Date: traditionally on 8th of August(sometimes give or take 1-2 days) for 3 weeks
- Fall Prefectural Tournament. Similar in format to the Spring Tournament, the winners will be qualified to participate in the Meiji Jingu. Date: early - mid October for 3 weeks
- Meiji Jingu. The Major Tournament of Fall, only 10 winners from Fall regional Tournament across the Nation will gather to play and the winner will acquire a guaranteed "invitation" for their school and an extra slot for their Prefecture into the Spring Senbatsu: Date: early November for 5 days
 
The Winner of the Major Tournament within the Calendar year, namely the Spring Senbatsu, the Summer Koshien and the Meiji Jingu, are considered Champion of Spring, Summer and Fall respectively.

 

For those who wonders why the 3rd years can only play baseball until their 3rd year's Summer is because Japanese School year is somewhat different to other countries. The school year starts in April until June for the ​1st semester​. After they come back from Summer break in Sept, they'll continue the ​2nd semester​ until December. The 3rd years can only play for half of their last school year because it is mandated that they will have to spend the remaining half of the year studying and preparing for their University entrance exams.[/size]

That would mean Ono would be the next to play I guess, but if that happens I can see Ono, Yui and Okumura helping the team until Miyuki gets better (and that would be against Inashiro, similar to what happened to Tanba).

The Tokyo Senbatsu, iirc, happens at the end of May. The current in-universe date is May 25, so I expect Miyuki to leave in a day or two.

The Summer Qualifier starts in mid-June, if I'm not mistaken (someone please check this for me), so I guess it's more or less three weeks from the current date.

Depending on the Prefecture because the Summer Qualifier doesn't start at the same time for all the Prefecture but the time should be around mid-June. So the jersey should be finalized by the beginning of June.

 

Yeah, Miyuki will probably be gone for only a few days since the Tokyo Senbatsu will play 1 match (or at least we assume it will) so they'll only need a few days to practice before hands and then go ahead with the match. It shouldn't take that much time if Terajima doesn't decide to feature this side-story. 

 

Regarding Miyuki's injury, I seriously doubt it. A catcher usually doesn't have a high risk of injury unless some heavy play is involved like of course what happened in Fall Tourney where Tsunematsu slammed into Miyuki. He's not going to labor as much as a pitcher, let's say Mei, will have to. However, Kataoka may decide to use this opportunity to use another catcher in the earlier stages of the Summer Qualifier to allow Miyuki to recover but don't count on this because Miyuki is still the captain anyway, it's very unlikely he'll sit out any match in Summer unless it's a total pushover.

I hope terajima will skip a big part of the senbatsu game. I supose many people here want to see the legendary battery between Miyuki the golden boy and Mei aka the king of Tokyo

but from my point of view i just want the jersey numbers now. I really enjoy to see Sawamura pitching but with all this fillers i just can be exciting by this anymore. So go for the jersey Terajima sensei !

I would at least try to keep my posts here. The old thread will be gone by next week anyway so spoiler translation and stuffs will be on this thread starting this week. At least that's my plan anyway.
