Before you post a question, please make sure that your question hasn't been answered yet in the Frequently Asked Questions list that you'll see below:

  • When is the next chapter coming out?

Chapters come out as soon as we finish working on them. We don't have a regular release schedule or target release date. However, you may track the progress of our scanlation by checking out the status box at our website: http://freewheelingscans.com/

  • It has been a while since <manga title> has been updated. Did you drop it?

No, slow updates doesn't mean we already dropped the manga. Most likely, we were short on helping hands or real life priorities just took over. We don't drop projects unannounced and we usually notify our readers if we're planning to go on hiatus.

  • Are you recruiting members?

YESSS! Read the role specifications and opens posts in our recruitment page, then head over to our contact page to apply!

  • I can't translate or edit manga. How can I help?

You can contribute by donating any amount to help us fund our raw manga purchases! Donate here.

  • Are you accepting manga suggestions for future projects?

We'll consider your suggestion but we can't guarantee that we'll pick it up. Our team is mostly interested in scanlating dropped manga/s or new series that no group has claimed yet.

  • Where can I buy manga?

The recommended online stores are YesAsia, Amazon and CDJapan. Check out the links we've provided in our support the mangaka page. But the best option is still buying in your local bookstore to save time and money. Drop by and inquire when you're unsure if they sell manga volumes/magazines.

  • Can we use your translations/scans to retranslate into another language?

We need you to contact us first before anything else. Please refer to this thread.

  • Can we do a joint project?

We're open for collaborations as long as the manga is not one of our projects. Please refer to this thread.

If your question wasn't included in the list above, we'll gladly answer it here. Just post your inquiry below. We also accept feedback/comments on our scanlations, as well as reports of broken download links or missing page/s in the releases. You may also email us at [email protected] for private matters.
