I have tried searching new updates for english translated manga for certain genre using advance search function with sorted by last update descending order.

like this :
http://vatoto.com/search?genres=;i12;e29&genre_cond=and&order_cond=update&order=desc

now the problem :
> Last update show update date for all language setting. not following account preference setting. this make me hard to track new title comic of certain genre

What i've tried to filter it:
- Set language preference to english, yes, this works on comic page, but didn't work in search date.

Question ;
1. Did i miss some setting feature here to filter search result?
2. If batoto doesn't have language filter for update date, can it be implemented?

Nope.

Yeah, it can be achieved with a userscript, just have to combine main page and search filters.

It's a gimmick. Set your language, then make a search request using genre filters, compare these two - now you have updates filtered by genre and language. 
I'm actually making this thing right now, screenshots: http://imgur.com/a/OBHtKUser side, obviously. Will share in a day or two.

Done. Filters 93% of unwanted crap from main page, still not what OP wanted though.
