disappear pages after loading

Hi everyone!

I loaded the chapter and after the approval, disappear the pages.

example: i loaded a chapter with 39 pages and after approval, appear 2 pages. 

I wondered why. Something wrong? but if something wrong then also chapters that would load before they should look like.
