Login and forgot-password trouble

I registered an account on Batoto in March, verified It using the link emailed to me and used it irregularly. Now my login attempts fail and when I try to use the forgot-password process, it tells me that there's no record of any account set up with the name ' spidermoney ' or my email address.

 

Has anyone here faced the same issue?

Yes, I have a similar problem. Registered and used an account about a week ago. Stopped working and can not use forgot-password this weekend.
