Just call CCC - City Cyborg Carriers! When you have their insurance package, they will pick up you or your parts and send them to a designated emergency mechanic.
That must be it.

he calls Dr stench's recovery drones to take him to the lab. How he calls them is subject to debate. Logically a long wave radio signal to trigger the drones.
