One For All (OFA), the main plot-relevant quirk of Allmight which in progress of being transfered to Midoriya Izuku, it grants its wielder the power accumulated from all previous generations of its wielder.

All For One (AFO), the quirk of presumably the end-boss antagonist, which at the moment this post is made, is believed to be a quirk that can steal, store, and transfer quirks of other.

What unique about this two quirks, beside the stories behind them, is that both of them are pretty weak at the start, but will be very OP after long-run.

-One For All is almost useless for the very first generation, but as it passed down it keep getting stronger and stronger.

-All For One user essentially quirkless until he managed to actually steal a good quirk, as time goes on, he could have collected only the best quirks.

It obvious that, these two quirk are very OP. because it seem that restriction or limit for them are non-existent, or is it?

I want to know what you think the actual limit or restriction for both these quirks are, because if we go by the story setting, all quirks has its own shortcomings.

This is my speculation of the true limit of both OFA and AFO:

Spoiler

Remember, those are just my speculations, what do you think? Do you have your own speculation regarding these quirks weakness?

the end game might end with the two quirks ending up with one person. finally defeating both all for one and one for all. as they merge and become the phrase all for one and one for all. nature created one for all to match all for one when the little brother was born. it may be destiny that they merge once more and end everything

Nice one! Who could it be ended with will be another great plot interest!

Btw, you got it a little wrong, the little brother doesn't born with One for All. He was born with a quirk that can inherits itself. This quirk merged with a stranger's Power Accumulating quirk (without any capabilities of inheriting) that All for One gives to his little brother, creating One for All.

In hindsight it could also mean the true form of One For All is not the [Inheriting Quirk + Power Accumulating Quirk] but the Inheriting Quirk that can also merge any quirk given to it. In other words, if All for One ever gives One for All new quirks it may merge again with One for All.
