It doesnt have like 10 chapters that are out in english on this site

Well, I'd guess you're referring to chs 43 - 55, which were published by Crunchyroll. 

 

While many of the other composite reader sites have indeed ripped and rehosted those chapters, Batoto only allows fan-scanlated works.
