How long take to approve a chapter?

It depends on the availability of the moderators, sometimes it can be within the 5 or 10 minutes after an upload, sometimes it can take a few hours for english uploads. Other languages might take a little longer.

Yours has already been approved though. Once you've uploaded a few more chapters (give or take a dozen), you can try asking for contributor status. Please note that it's kind of in a hiatus right now since the admin in charge's busy.
