As per title, this manga is not being scanlated/translated by the guy/group: http://vatoto.com/comic/_/comics/seiki-no-playboy-r17586/

 

The group profile has no link but the manga is clearly ripped from the original english manga which is available for purchase on this site and others (amazon too I believe): http://www.balloonsandchapters.com/book/comic/id/hqlc001422

 

Just check out the free preview and you will see everything in the pages matches, they only left out the cover and a page in the initial 3 pages to leave out the officially translated english name (The Italian's Love-Child).

They left out again some pages from the initial ones that shows the cover and the translated english title (The Marriage Medallion).
